It's not my kind of personality to go out my way to do that, but when such behavior is what is emitted from "STAFF MEMBERS", I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW MUCH MORE I CAN SAY ABOUT THIS HORRENDOUS, $20 HOTEL NET WORTH OF A PLACE !!!!!!!!!! The people on the pictures are as follows from left to right: (L) Valet Staff Member who spat at a customer's face with water, (M) Elderly man is the "manager" who talks smack whenever he "feels offended" that the cusomters aren't giving more than 75% tip for a 2% max effort, (Red Images) Scratches are what were made by our VERY OWN CAR KEYS from the VALET DRIVER out of 'upset', (R) the underaged 17 Valet Driver they need to fire THEIR MANAGEMENT IS FLAWED AND THEY SHOULD MOVE OUT OF THE OCEAN DRIVE AS THEY ARE BECOMING NOTORIOUS AROUND MIAMI BEACH AS THE MOST UNETHICAL, SNOBBISH, MONEY DRIVEN, SUCKED-UP HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED AT!!!!! If I wanted to swear at these people as they spit their saliva at customers' faces, I really would. A "CAVALIER"? THERE IS NO MANAGER AROUND AND THE STAFF TAKES THIS TO THEIR ADVANTAGE. THERE WILL NEVER BE A WORSE PLACE THAN THIS ONE HERE. NEVER, AND I REPEAT, NEVER EVER GO TO THIS DECEIVINGLY REEKING PLACE FULL OF MONEY-RIPPING "GOODY-TWO-SHOES" FORCED-GRINNING WORTH OF PEOPLE. The valet parking takes your car, keeps it and blackmails visitors to give them at least $120+ per hour and only informs of this the hour before your last stay. The staff, of whom will be pictures below, will make sure you will get nothing out of of your stay but emptying your wallets for their own benefits. Horrible, deplorable staff, and at its core a selfish, greedy corporation! The aesthetics of this gives the exterior illusion of a grandeur place to stay, when in reality, the physical place reeks and bleeds of money stealing. I've stayed in many hotels, but this one is by far the worst one yet.īy far the worst hotel my family has been to. Worried to get her name on record, she replied with "I don't have a name" and proceeded to ignoring us. Lastly, we asked for the name of one of the staff members who was being the rudest to us. They made racist remarks and tried to raise the charge against us. Thankfully, I took Spanish and French in school, so I was able to understand them. We had clear proof of us checking out on time and asking for the valet, however they wouldn't admit to their mistake and started insulting us in Spanish amongst each other, hoping we wouldn't understand. They tried charging us over $100 from the original price because they forgot to call the valet for us and waited till our check out time had passed. The rooms are dirty and old, and the breakfast was literally just bread, cheese, and pineapple. From the hotel's facilities to its staff and food, the whole experience was terrible extremely disappointing and disrespectful.
